What...Why the Anonymous doesn't show his name ? Whatever he/her said is a bullshit and misleading. Don't believe a single word, he'her is a big liar and cheat also some people. Kampung Warisan is the best place to live in KL today, there is not other place conveniently located with so much green. Yes, there are some issues and improvements to be implemented but tell me a place without problems ? Sery Maya ? Marc Residence ? and yes try to buy something decent for 700K, Anonymous please show me, and first of all why you don't just move out from Kg Warisan ???HLnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171580944479668544.post-62138279731918298822012-04-30T00:13:43.571-07:002012-04-30T00:13:43.571-07:00oh..that's nothing... from my unit, i have see...oh..that's nothing... from my unit, i have seen a 6 foot long cobra, many squirrels and birds.... u r right, this is naturesinleonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08940133804992601991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171580944479668544.post-49492052717765128102012-04-29T17:04:28.704-07:002012-04-29T17:04:28.704-07:00I am a new owner and was a bit 'shocked' w...I am a new owner and was a bit 'shocked' when I saw a 5 cm length 1/2 cm thick centipede crawling on the wall at block Rumbia car park. I reminded myself that we are standing in the middle of thick forrest and this is part and parcel of the nature. Guessed we got to be careful on what we tread on lol. The lush greenery of the surroundings is what appealed to me about Kampung WArisan. Kudos to the management committee members for their effort in up keeping and transforming it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171580944479668544.post-85483834505120320562012-04-04T00:02:07.597-07:002012-04-04T00:02:07.597-07:00hi, while u have every right to comment, to be fai...hi, while u have every right to comment, to be fair i have to state that previously E&O was in charge of the maintenance. not I&P. during that time, cars were stolen from the car parks and units broken in to...including mine. electricity within your own unit is not under the jurisdiction of the management. however, i agree with you that the ceilings are thin and the water tanks are old. therefore, please do not drink off the tap. but i do recall there is a tender notice for the replacements of all the water tanks on the notice board. my unit don't have mice but there are loads of mosquitoes. i guess the cobra population in the adjacent forest has taken care of the mice problem for my unit.sinleonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08940133804992601991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171580944479668544.post-33152344628198716222012-04-03T20:20:58.768-07:002012-04-03T20:20:58.768-07:00The upgrades are merely cosmetics. Not worth a buy...The upgrades are merely cosmetics. Not worth a buy now the management is run by people who have no knowledge of running this place. Now it's noisy & with no privacy to te tenants. When I & P was in charge, they used to have a botanist who could take down the necessary coconut leaves just so enough light could shine through. Now the indon garderners like to 'rape' the leaves and take down coconut fruits for them to drink from. Please come over and see all the 'botak' coconut trees. They took down a whole lot of coconut leaves but only finished clearing 2 days later. While the roads been paved, car parks been painted, rooftops been changed, the units are dated. Btw, they made us park elswhere where they took almost a month to finish the paint works.
Our unit has faulty electricity which we have requested to fix but it has been a year and management probably is too busy to approve our request. The ceilings are thin, we can even hear the handphones from tenants upstairs ringing, let alone children running up and down. Feels like living in a Bandaraya flats. We suspect that the water tanks are old water in the bathroom leaves a yellowish stain in the tub & sink. Our sinks are clogged whenever the mice decided to visit us in our bathroom.
That's kampung living for you but not worth paying
RM700k ++ for.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6171580944479668544.post-75728708460016297042012-04-01T21:50:00.023-07:002012-04-01T21:50:00.023-07:00Hi Sin Leong. When we first moved in, we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Then there was a change in the management, the owners took over. Ever since then, we have to succumb to many factors which contributed to a lot of noise. And it has been scheduled one after the other. There's painting jobs, fixing the road, fixing the roof and a hosts of other stuffs. The workers are rude & loud. They keep on trimming the plants and as a unit that's on the 1st floor, we no longer enjoy our privacy. People would walk by and they could see us inside our own house,
On weekends we have so called 'events' at the pool where outsiders are allowed in and crowd the pool area an this is happening almost every weekend. We could also see outsiders coming in on weekends to swim at the pool. We are sure that they came in just to eat & play at the swimming pool. We as tenants feel that we can't relax at the pool during the weekends after a long hard week.
There were also occassions where management allowed somebody to carry out some meeting near the restaurant. Too many outsiders car were at the parking lot and they park like it's their own place & the noise they make was throughout the day.
Latest, the put up some red tape at the walkway to the visitors parking & pool. Reason being?? Only God knows and the tape has been there for 2 weeks. Tenants have to go a long way to get to the pool.
We used to enjoy staying at home during the weekends but now, if we stayed home we have to endure all the noise & inconveniences which the management thinks their right to impose to us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
