At the same time, there is a project on-going beside Menara Bukit Ceylon and SixCeylon. And the plot beside Olympia College or behind the KLSE which was once said to be a new luxury condo named after a London Underground station is being cleared. It's really getting hot here...

Do you feel there is a surplus of apartments at Bukit Ceylon? Just from a walkaround, I see rentals going downward ...e.g. Somerset at Rm2800....Could there be too many new apartments and the market needs time to absorb the new apartments (the expatriates are moving into the new condos and leaving the older ones). However, in Malaysia, there is more and more new condos coming up everywhere...and the pool of expatriates are not growing ...hence, the surplus
